Why comfort height
Every toilet in this package sits a little taller than a standard toilet. Sitting down and standing up is easier, which grandparents and taller adults tend to notice right away. It also meets Texas's 1.28 gallons-per-flush rule, and the EPA says older toilets can use as much as 6 gallons per flush.
What we do on install day
- We wear shoe covers and protect the work area.
- We shut off the water and remove your old toilet.
- We check the floor flange. If it's damaged, we show you and quote the repair before going any further.
- We set the new toilet on a new wax ring with new bolts and hardware, so it seals and doesn't rock.
- We put in a new shutoff valve and a new supply line, the two parts most likely to leak behind an old toilet.
- We test the flush and fill, clean up and haul the old toilet away.
Your toilets are covered for 1 year on parts and labor.
