By accessing or using 4M Plumbing’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.Services
We provide professional plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance. All service descriptions, pricing, and timelines are estimates and may change based on project scope.Authorization to Contact
By submitting your information, you opt in to receive communications via phone, email, or text about project needs. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.Payment Terms
Trip Fee: $69 (waived upon work approval).
Final Payment: Due at service completion; invoices issued electronically.
Accepted Forms: Major credit cards, ACH transfers, checks.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours before to avoid a cancellation fee.
Emergency cancellations handled case-by-case.
Warranties & Guarantees
Installations: 1-year labor warranty on all installed equipment and services.
Repairs: 6-month labor warranty on repair services.
Drain Cleaning: 90-day warranty on drain-cleaning services.
Parts & Equipment: Manufacturer warranties apply as provided.
Claims: Must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, 4M Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
